Proposed development at: Moorhouse Sandpits, Westerham Road, Limpsfield
The Titsey Estate Company has applied to Surrey County Council for planning permission for Review of Mineral Planning Permission (ROMP) for the determination of full modern conditions under the Environment Act 1995 for the continued extraction of soft sand under planning permission ref: TA98/0054 dated 18 January 2001 and TA98/1208 dated 5 April 2001.
This application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement (ES). The ES may be viewed at, and copies may be obtained from, Mr Stacey Pilgrim, Quarry Manager, Moorhouse Sandpits, Off Westerham Road, Westerham Kent TN16 2EU, Tel: 01959 563 188 or email: stacey@moorhousesandpits.co.uk, at a cost of £50 (for collection) so long as stocks last.
