non-residential floorspace up to 97,892sqmGEA incl Use Classes E, B8, C1, F1, F2 and Sui Generis (Drinking Establishments; Hot Food Takeaways; Live Music Venues; Theatres; Cinemas; Commercial Kitchen and Delivery Centres; and, Infrastructure); public open space, structures in, on, or over the dock area, construction of estate roads and new accesses to the public highway, cycle, motorcycle and car parking areas and associated access, public realm works, and associated works. This Application is for a phased development that will be capable of coming forward in distinct and separable phases and/or Plots in a severable way. This is a major application that affects the setting of listed buildings/structures and is accompanied by an Env. Statement for the purposes of Env. Impact Assessment (EIA) under the Town and Country Planning (EIA) Regulations 2017. Amendments to parameter plans, detailed design of Phases 1.1D, 1.2D and 1.9 and site wide affordable housing.
