What is planned?

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.
1 Oak Park, West Byfleet, Surrey. PLAN/2025/0477/CB: Erection of single storey front extension following demolition of existing porch. Erection of detached outbuilding for home office use.
25 Waldens Park Road, Horsell, Woking. PLAN/2025/0488/ML: Demolition of existing sunroom to rear of property and existing single storey side addition, rear covered area and side carport and construction of a new single storey side addition to replace existing garage and auxiliary rooms and construction of new part two storey, part single storey rear addition with new patio area. Insertion of new first floor level side-facing (west) window and alteration to existing ground floor level side-facing (west) fenestration. New timber fencing between house and side boundaries.
NB: You should be aware that the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 2000 allows anyone the right to examine and receive copies of your representations.
