TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (GENERAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (WALES) ORDER 2012 – NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 12

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.

FUL/000450/25 – Proposed Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) together with ancillary infrastructure, equipment, formation of access and landscaping works at land adj to Tyn Y Coed, Starkey Lane, Northop, Mold.

FUL/000459/25 – Application for removal or variation of condition 4 following planning permission 048702 & 051604 at Brookhill Landfill Site, Pinfold Lane Industrial Estate, Buckley. (This application affects a Public Right of Way).

A copy of the application, plans and other documents may be inspected by members of the public until 18th July 2025 on our website at https://planning.agileapplications.co.uk/flintshire. Any person who wishes to make representation about the above application should make them via the website, by e-mail to planning.consultation@flintshire.gov.uk or in writing to the Chief Officer (Planning, Environment & Economy), Flintshire County Council, Ty Dewi Sant, St David’s Park, Ewloe, CH5 3FF quoting the relevant reference number by the above date.
