What is planned?

The Local Planning Authority has received the following applications for a Major Development, a Development Affecting a Listed Building, a Building in a Conservation Area, Historic Park & Garden or a Departure. These applications may be viewed online at www.guildford.gov.uk or at Millmead House during normal office hours. Representations should be made in writing within 21 days of the publication date of this notice to Director of Planning and Regeneration, Planning Services, Guildford.

25/P/00217 Land adjacent to, Quarry Gate, Shalford Road, Guildford Erection of a new dwelling, access, turntable parking and landscaping.

25/P/00535 & 25/P/00537 The Pottery, Brickfields, New Pond Road, Compton Planning application and Listed Building Consent for permanent use of the C3 Dwellinghouse with solar PV installation and retrospective regulisation of fenestration (amendments to 19/P/00567) 25/P/00676 Chilworth Manor, Halfpenny Lane, Chilworth Installation of a free standing solar array comprising of 220 panels, inverter and three battery storage cabinets. 

25/P/00798 Flat 2, 38 Epsom Road, Guildford Replacement of one bay window and two rear windows together with painting the windowsills white (retrospective application). 

25/P/00812 The Willows, Gomshall Lane, Shere Erection of new porch, first floor front extension with alterations to roof; changes to fenestration on side elevation. 

25/P/00844 The Royal Oak, Felday Glade, Holmbury St Mary Replacement of existing galvanised steel extract kitchen ductwork to side elevation. 

25/P/00851 Cherry Trees, West Heath, Pirbright Proposed single storey front and side extensions; changes to fenestration and cladding. 

25/P/00859 & 25/P/00860 Manor House, Ockham Road South, East Horsley Planning application and Listed Building Consent for the erection of rear cycle and bin store, first storey French door, balcony and 1.1m glass panel. EV charging port. Side French door following the removal of window, closed timber board fencing and first storey dummy window with fencing wrapping round the property and internal layout changes. 

25/P/00866 West Horsley Place, Epsom Road, West Horsley Installation 2 EV car charger units together with cabling and associated works. 

25/P/00867 Longfrey Cottage, Longfrey Farm, Dorking Road, Chilworth Conversion of attached double garage to habitable accommodation, minor raising of the existing garage and utility flat roof in order to provide insulation and new flat roof covering to replace bitumen felt roof. 

25/P/00884 3 River Wey Close, Artington Erection of outbuilding (retrospective).
