Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received by Somerset Council & any person who wishes to make representations should do so in writing within 21 days of the date of this notice quoting the application number.

App No: 2025/1058/FUL Address: 70 High St Wells BA5 2AJ by: Messrs J. & W. Habershon, 21st Century Homes for: Change of use of 1st & 2nd second floors from betting office (sui generis) & a self-contained flat (C3) to 9 person House in Multiple Occupation (sui generis) with associated external works including the insertion of a replacement side door, replacement windows & solar panels. The application below does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated:
