We give notice that we have received the following applications:-

DEVELOPMENT AFFECTING A LISTED BUILDING
HS/FA/25/00258 Basement, 23(A) East Ascent, St Leonards-on-sea. To undertake restoration works to include, reinstate the current single window formation to match, to retain a door in the rendered archway replacing the uPVC door with a timber door set, and removal and replacement of galvanized steel railings fronting pavement with cast iron railings

DEVELOPMENT WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA
HS/FA/25/00311 Flat 9, 57 Church Road, St Leonards-on-sea. Proposed replacement of 6 No. timber windows to the rear (south) and side (west) elevations, with UPVC Rehau Heritage sliding sash style windows.
HS/FA/25/00320 12 Claremont, Hastings. Variation of Condition 16 (opening hours) of Planning Permission HS/FA/23/00536 – Amendment to change the operational hours for the basement, ground and third floors to: Monday - Sunday: 06:00 - 00:00 to include Public Holidays
HS/FA/25/00333 16 Harold Road, Hastings. Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of Planning Permission HS/FA/21/00512 granted on appeal APP/B1415/W/21/3285052 Amendments - Reduction in rear elevation and removal of rear gable end.

AMENDED PLANS APPLICATIONS
HS/FA/25/00071 Lansdowne Hotel, 1-2 Robertson Terrace, Hastings. Erection of six storey rear extension to accomodate lift. Erection of two storey rear extension to enclose existing refuse and recycling storage area (lower ground floor) and to form additional staff bedroom (ground floor). Alterations to windows (front and rear elevations). Formation of new windows on side (north east) elevation of proposed rear lift extension at first, fourth and fifth floor. Erection of glass canopies at ground floor front elevation to provide cover to external seating area. Alterations to masonary ballustrade (front elevation). Replacement of existing render with the new render. Demolition of existing single storey lean-to rear rear extension with single storey rear extension (amended description).. An additional day will be added for each bank/public holiday in England that falls during the consultation period. Comments received are public documents and will be published on the internet.
