5. Setting of Listed Building. Demolition of pre-cast concrete garage and

6. Demolish and rebuild part of chimney stack to the rear. Maplestone Farm,
Northiam Road, Broad Oak, Brede RR/2025/947/P & RR/2025/948/L

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 2, 3, 5 & 6 above. Listed Building Consent in respect of 4 & 6 above, Conservation Area Consent in respect of 1, 2 & 4 above.
