71 Central Avenue Wigston Leicestershire LE18 2AB Retention of detached dwelling including single storey side and rear extension.
Reason for adverts: Applications which may affect the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

Any representations must be sent in writing to Planning at Brocks Hill Council Offices, Washbrook Lane, Oadby, Leicester LE2 5JJ within 21 days from the date of this notice (excluding Bank Holidays).
