P25/S1779/LB Footpath maintenance work to replace the existing asphalt surface and install new footpath edgings and kerbs. Replace missing cobbles and brick channel details removing the temporary asphalt or concrete patches. Improve drainage and ensure new asphalt surface falls away from the adjacent buildings and proved better ventalation into the buildings air bricks by installing a shingle margin off of the face of the cottages.
