RH14 0RS - Construction of new access on to highway. 25/01385/FUL -
Arbor Properties (Woodruff) Ltd - Third Floor 1 - 3 South Street Chichester
PO19 1EH - Change of use of third floor from health and wellbeing
education studio to offices. Application under Section 73 to remove Condition
5 (operation hours) of planning permission CC/25/00428/FUL to allow for
24/7 opening hours. 25/01290/DOM - Mr & Ms Quayle & Winsor -
Moddershall Elms Lane West Wittering PO20 8LW - Demolition of side
porch and construction of single storey side extension. 25/01017/FUL - Mr
McKay - The Tannery, 63, 65 And 65A Westgate Chichester PO19 3RS -
Decontamination remediation including the removal of buildings and trees
from the site and a subsequent residential development for 28 new homes
(Use Class C3) creation of new vehicular access, open space, landscaping
and associated works.
Deadline for representations 10th July 2025. The applications and
accompanying plans may be inspected by visiting the Council’s web site or at
East Pallant House, East Pallant, Chichester, PO19 1TY between 9am-4pm
Monday to Friday.

Street, Petworth, GU28 0AE - Redecoration of staff offices salvaging
sections of the historic wallpaper and redecorating over the existing
wallpaper, leaving it in situ. SDNP/25/02263/HOUS & SDNP/25/02264/LIS -
Mr & Mrs Treacher - Gofts House , Byworth Road, Byworth, GU28 0HW -
Removal of the chimney breasts at ground and first floor levels, and the
associated chimney stack above roof level at the north-west corner of the
dwelling. SDNP/25/02399/LIS - Mr and Mrs De Pass - Tye Oak Farm , East
Harting Hollow Road, East Harting, GU31 5NA - Installation of 1 no.
conservation type rooflight.
Deadline for representations 17th July 2025. The applications and
accompanying plans may be inspected by visiting the Council’s web site or at
East Pallant House, East Pallant, Chichester, PO19 1TY between 8.45am to
5.00pm Monday to Friday.
