Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:

Application No. 38/25/00006 & 38/25/00007: Pathe Farm Cottage, Pathe Road, Othery, Bridgwater, TA7 0JF. Reinstate & rebuild section of a boundary wall. This site lies within a Conservation Area & the application affects a listed building. (Householder application).

Application No. 37/25/00034: Bridgwater Gateway Development, Bridgwater Road, North Petherton, Bridgwater. Erection of 4no. employment units (mix of Use Classes E(g) & B8) with associated car parking including EV charging, circulation, landscaping & associated infrastructure, on plots 1611, 1612, 1614 & 1615. This proposal is a major development.

Application No. 08/25/00100: Crown Mill, 118 Chilton Street, Bridgwater. Installation of cabling (internal and external). This application affects a listed building.

For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage. Comments welcome by 15/07/2025. Applications can be viewed online https://sdc.somerset.gov.uk/planning_online, or at Council Offices & libraries. Any comments must be submitted in writing either online, by email PlanningCommentsNorth@somerset.gov.uk or posted to Planning – North Team, Somerset Council, Bridgwater House, King Square, Bridgwater, TA6 3AR (quote the application no).
