NOTICE OF PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE LAND Central Plaza Acton Gardens, W3 8SJ (“the Property”).
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 123(2A) Local Government Act 1972 that the London Borough of Ealing intends to enter into an agreement to grant an easement of part of the Property to The Electricity Network Company Limited, which includes open space, for the purposes of laying cables.
The strip of land under which cables will be laid is shaded green on a plan of the Property which can be obtained, together with further information, by sending an email request to “parks@ealing.gov.uk”.
Any objections about the proposed easement should be sent in writing by e-mail to “parks@ealing.gov.uk” or by post to Leisure and Parks Service, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing W5 2HL, quoting reference “Acton Gardens” by no later than 11.59pm on 9 July 2025. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made and should include the address of the author.
