25/01202/LP3 -114 -118 High Street West 1-3 Lambton Street Sunderland SR1 1TX. Sunderland City Council is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Installation of new external facades and shop frontages, responding to the existing elevations. The proposal also affects the setting of Various Listed Buildings which are included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest.
The above application relates to development intended to be carried out by Sunderland City Council.
25/01201/LB3 -114 -118 High Street West Sunderland SR1 1TX. Sunderland City Council is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Internal alteration and renovation works to existing units. Removal of existing shop frontages to the ground floor and replace with new traditional timber shop frontages. New external cladding to the facades and shop frontages to the connecting facades that are included within the listed buildings curtilage. This relates to a Grade II Listed Building included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest.

25/01158/FU4 - Land East Of Stephenson Road Usworth Washington. Story Homes Limited And Michael Ronald Ford is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Erection of 222 dwellings (Use Class C3) with associated access, infrastructure and landscaping. The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan. The proposed development to which the application relates is situated within 10 metres of relevant railway land.

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan.

Gold Ribbon Properties Ltd is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Variation of condition 2 (plans) attached to planning approval 23/02399/FUL to construct first floor in-fill to allow changes to the layouts to accommodate functional space for the rooms. (Amended plans received 16.06.2025 and 17.06.2025). Siglion Developments LLP is applying for: Variation of conditions attached to planning permission ref. 25/00223/VA4 (Development of up to 132 no. residential units and 154 sqm of ancillary ground floor space (use classes E(a), E(b), E(g) and F2(b))) etc. on land to the North of St, Mary's Way, Sunderland, including parts of the former Vaux Brewery Site and Galley's Gill) to allow for design, accommodation and landscaping changes to clusters 1 and 2 and design changes to Peles 1 and 2 (variation of condition 1), amendments to wording of conditions relating to construction environmental management plan (condition 4), materials (condition 7), parking arrangements (condition 25) and secured by design accreditation (condition 27) and removal of condition 26 (pedestrian crossing).
