Proposals (a,d) are each within a Conservation Area
designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (d) is a Listed Building scheduled under
Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposals (b,c) affect a public right of way.
