Description of propose development: Hybrid planning application consisting of full planning permission for the demolition of 38 No industrial units (part retrospective); full planning permission for enabling works to facilitate the development of Plots 4 and 5; and Outline planning permission (all matters reserved except for Access) for the proposed phased development for up to 600 homes of residential accommodation, mobility hub (Sui Generis), up to 18,850 sqft (circa 1,750sqm) of commercial space (Class E(a), E(b), E(e) and E(f)) and associated infrastructure works.
