The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area: Ashton In Makerfield Town Centre.
A/25/098974/FULL NatWest 65 Gerard Street Ashton-in-Makerfield Wigan. External alterations and repair works including repairs to cornice and parapet, replacement and new timber windows, opaque glazing, replacement glazing, new entrance to front and retractable canopy. A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
A/25/098984/LBLA Haigh Woodland Park Lodge And Gates Wigan Lane Wigan. Listed building consent for chimney to rooflight conversion of Lodge 1, capping of entrance arch and upgrade to arch lantern. Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Wigan Council for Listed Building Consent and which is within a Conservation Area: Wigan Lane.
