Proposed Development/ Works: Demolition of existing warehouse and erection of new two storey building to contain taxi licensing, fleet services and passenger transport. Associated external works including roadways, parking, covered inspection areas and landscaping Hickman Avenue Site, at Hickman Avenue, WV1 2TX.
