Proposal: Proposed two storey rear and side extension, front canopy porch and elevational alterations to main dwelling. Construction of linked annex building with habitable space in roof with front and rear dormers and addition of solar panels and alterations to existing vehicle access.

Applicant: Mrs Rebecca Jones

Proposal: Single storey rear extension front roof extension with double side dormers and windows.

*The proposed developments do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the applications relates is situated.

As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
