Cumbria Waste Group Ltd. is applying for Planning Permission at Distington Liquid Waste Treatment Facility, Distington Waste Management Park, Pittwood Road, Workington, CA14 4JP for Section 73 variation of condition 1 (time limiting condition to 31 March 2032) of planning permission 4/06/9006 to allow permanent retention of the Liquid Waste Treatment Facility on site. (Ref. 4/25/9014).
