Reference: AVA/2025/0420 Applicant Name: Mr And Mrs Buxton Address: Windy Gap Farm, 36 High Road, South Wingfield, Alfreton, Derbyshire, DE55 7LX Proposal: Existing garden store into a proposed garden room, proposed open fronted barn and 2 stables for domestic use, and construction of a 1.8m stone wall. (may affect the setting of a listed building and character of a conservation area)
Reference: AVA/2025/0318 Applicant Name: Mr Ben Train Address: Tesco Stores Ltd, Hall Street, Alfreton, Derbyshire, DE55 7BQ Proposal: Proposed new click and collect parking and triple canopy above finished in Red RAL 3020, with galvanized steel post for support and 8x new bollards (may affect the setting of a listed building) Reference: AVA/2025/0364 Applicant Name: Cornerstone Address: East Mill, Bridge Foot, Belper, Derbyshire, DE56 2UA Proposal: Removal and replacement of 3no. existing VMO2 antennas, with 1no. antenna mounted on steelwork within the window aperture and 2no. wall mounted antennas on the tower wrapped to match colour of building. Existing cabinets located within the equipment room on the 7th floor are to receive an internal refresh and ancillary works.
