Community Consultation on Proposed Major Housing Development – Scott Road, Tarbert
Hebridean Housing Partnership will be holding a Drop-in Day to allow neighbours, stakeholders and members of the public to discuss our proposed development to erect 48 new build houses together with access roads and associated infrastructure (phased development) on land to the north of Scott Road, Tarbert, Isle of Harris.
The first drop-in consultation session will be held in Tarbert Community Centre on the 27 June 2025 from 3pm to 7pm. All are welcome to attend.
This is a public engagement meeting and as such we welcome all feedback. Any comments received as part of the first consultation event, will be addressed in a later drop-in consultation event planned for August 2025. Notification of the second event will be published in the press closer to the time.
The comments made during the community consultation events are not formal representations to Comhairle nan Eilean Siar as Planning Authority. There will still be an opportunity to make representations to the planning authority when a planning application is submitted.
