THE CHICHESTER HARBOUR REVISION ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chichester Harbour Revision Order 2025 was made by the Marine Management Organisation on 17 th June 2025 and comes into force on 11th July 2025.
A copy of the Order has been deposited at Chichester Harbour Conservancy, Harbour Office, Itchenor, Chichester PO20 7AW and may be inspected between 9.00am and 5.00pm.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order, may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order becomes operative, make an application for that purpose to the High Court.
