PRE-APPLICATION COMMUNITY CONSULTATION

Proposal: A new 110/33kV Cluster Substation with

associated works.



Location: Lands directly south of the junction of Cam Road and Ringsend Road, Limavady (approximately 400m west of 153 Ringsend Road, Limavady BT49 0QN).



A public consultation event will take place on Thursday 26 June 2025 between 2pm and 8pm at Roe Valley Arts & Cultural Centre, 24 Main Street, Limavady, BT49 0FJ.



An online public consultation in relation to this proposal will run between 6 June 2025 and 18 July 2025. Information can be accessed by visiting the SONI Consultation Portal at

The Pre-Application Community Consultation process provides an opportunity for the public to view plans for this proposed development, ask questions of the project team and provide feedback.

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Causeway Coast & Glens Borough Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to the Council, normal neighbourhood notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time, and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
