APPLICATION FOR

A MARINE SEA

DISPOSAL LICENCE

AND (MARINE

DREDGE LICENCE)

UNDER PART 4 OF THE

MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009.

A Marine Licence application has been made by GRAHAM Construction for the treatment to the existing western edge (revetment & concrete structures) to improve the appearance and durability of the water side structures in the location of Loft Lines, Titanic Quarter, 1 Olympic Way, Belfast, BT3 9EP



Marine and Fisheries Division DAERA, is the Marine Licensing authority for Northern Ireland, and controls the deposit of materials from the high water mean spring tide mark out to 12 nautical miles.
