e) Erection of 2 storey extension to side and rear,
lower ground floor extension with raised terrace
above to rear, and porch to front; construction of
terraced area to include hot tub, swimming pool,
outdoor kitchen, pergola, privacy fence and access
stairs to rear, and dormer window to rear; partial
conversion of garage to create additional living
accommodation; installation of roof lights and solar
panels to front, and solar shading to side and rear;
alterations to doors and windows; and associated
landscaping to rear; following demolition of existing
conservatory and porch (revised scheme of

Proposals (c,e) are each within a Conservation Area
designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposals (c,d) affect the setting of a Listed Building
under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (b) affects a public right of way.
Proposal (a) is a major development.
