Notice under Article 13 - Certificate C Proposed development at Land at Bell Farm, London Road, Wickford, Essex.
Take notice that Crest Nicholson Partnerships And Strategic Land is applying to Basildon Borough Council for planning permission for 'Residential development comprising of 117 new dwellings, creation of new vehicle access and highway works, earthworks to site level, creation of new cycle and pedestrian links, diversion of public right of way, erection of pumping station, creation of new public parkland with hard and soft landscaping as well as appropriate supporting infrastructure.'
Any owner of the land who wishes to make representations about this application should write to:- Basildon Borough Council, The Basildon Centre, St Martin's Square, Basildon, Essex, SS14 1DL within 21 days of the date of this notice.
