NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.

FUL/0004033/25 – New standalone building to provide early years and wraparound childcare facilities with additional site improvement works at Cornist Park Primary School, Ffordd Yr Ysgol, Flint.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.

ADV/000433/25 – Advertisement Consent for 2 no. non illuminated fascia signs and 1 no. externally illuminated projecting sign at Unit 1, St David’s House, 24, High Street, Mold. (This development affects the setting of a Listed Building within a Conservation Area).

A copy of the application, plans and other documents may be inspected by members of the public until 4th July 2025 on our website at https://planning.agileapplications.co.uk/flintshire. Any person who wishes to make representation about the application should make them via the website, by e-mail to planning.consultation@flintshire.gov.uk or in writing to the Chief Officer (Planning, Environment & Economy), Flintshire County Council, Ty Dewi Sant, St David’s Park, Ewloe, CH5 3FF quoting the relevant reference number by the above date.
