Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:
25/0805/VOC/KM: 16 Loom Lane, Radlett, WD7 8AD. Application for variation of condition 2 (plans) to allow for roof and fenestration alterations following grant of planning permission 23/1205/HSE. Reason: Conservation Area.
25/0709/FUL/MV: Land Rear Of 2 - 8 Station Road, Radlett. Conversion of an existing dilapidated garage to the north boundary to create residential (C3) 2 x 1 bedroom flats across ground and first floors with associated bin and bicycle store and private amenity space. Erection of new residential (C3) building to the north of the site providing 3 x 1 bedroom flats on land which is currently used for parking and is taken over to hardstanding. The proposals are over 2 storeys with associated bin and bicycle store and private amenity space. Reason: Conservation Area.
25/0686/FUL/HHO: One Acre, Hilfield Lane, Aldenham, Watford, WD25 8DD. Retrospective application for the construction of a detached storage outbuilding and front boundary works to include vehicular crossover, access gates and brick piers. Reason: Conservation Area.
25/0781/FUL/LP: 5 Summerhouse Lane, Aldenham, Watford, WD25 8DL. Demolition of existing dwelling and construction of replacement detached two storey 5x bed dwelling including habitable space at loft level. Reason: Conservation Area.
25/0796/FUL/LP: Tabard Rugby Club, Cobden Hill, Radlett, WD7 7JN. Erection of x4 covered padel tennis courts with club hut and outdoor seating area, new footpaths and cycle stand. Reason: Conservation Area.

Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice or 30 days if relating to an EIA, Departure from the Local Plan or affecting a Public Right of Way.
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
