25/01187/FUL - 22, 23 And 24 Frederick Street Sunderland Vnoutchkov Group is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Change of use of three adjoining terraced properties from predominantly vacant office and retail floorspace (Class E) to three separate Houses of Multiple Occupation (Sui Generis) comprising 6, 6 and 8 bedrooms respectively, with associated internal and external alterations. Vnoutchkov Group is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Installation of 3no. roof lights to rear, removal of existing mechanical roller shutters to rear elevation and replacement with brick wall and 2.1 metre high metal gates, removal of single storey extension to rear of no.22, extractor flue to no.23 and flat roof to rear of no.24. Sunderland City Council is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Redevelopment of Sunderland Museum and Winter Gardens to include internal reconfiguration and refurbishment of ground floor areas; general refurbishment of other areas of the building. Creation of new galleries and exhibition spaces; new visitor and staff facilities, repair and improvements to building services.
