Any comment that you make will also be sent to the Planning Inspectorate in the event of an appeal on a householder application or a minor commercial or advertisement application, which is to be dealt with by written representations.

The Council gives warning pursuant to its powers under Section 225 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, that it will remove or obliterate any sign/advertisement illegally displayed within the administrative boundaries of St Albans City & District Council.
