NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at: Land off Church Street, Tarvin, Cheshire, CH3 8NA

Take notice that an outline planning application is being submitted.

For the erection of up to 60 dwellings (including affordable housing), a community car park, a football pitch with changing room facilities and a car park, public open space, landscaping, sustainable drainage system (SuDS) and a vehicular access point. All matters reserved except for means of access.
