(SCOTLAND) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2021

Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant: Equorium Property Company Limited give notice of their intention to submit a planning application for: “Demolition of existing buildings and erection of mixed-use development comprising purpose-built student accommodation
(sui generis), private, build-to-rent, and affordable homes (class 9), and commercial space (class 1A/4) with associated infrastructure and landscaping” at 60-74 Bangor Road, Edinburgh EH6 5JU.
A public exhibition will take place on Tuesday 24 th June 2025
from 3:00pm-7:00pm at
Leith Library, 28-30 Ferry Road, Edinburgh EH6 4AE.

Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so at the event or by writing / emailing to EMA Architecture + Design by Wednesday 8th July 2025.
Please note, comments on the proposal during this pre-application consultation are to the prospective applicant and not a formal representation to The City of Edinburgh Council. When a planning application is subsequently made, there will be an opportunity to make formal representations directly to The City of Edinburgh Council during the statutory notification period.
