What is planned?

Guildford Borough Council

The Local Planning Authority has received the following applications for a Major Development, a Development Affecting a Listed Building, a Building in a Conservation Area, Historic Park & Garden or a Departure. 

These applications may be viewed online at www.guildford.gov.uk or at Millmead House during normal office hours. 

Representations should be made in writing within 21 days of the publication date of this notice to Director of Planning and Regeneration, Planning Services, Guildford.

25/P/00676 Chilworth Manor, Halfpenny Lane, Chilworth, Guildford Installation of a free standing solar array comprising of 220 panels, inverter and three battery storage cabinets. 

25/P/00746 35 Cooper Road, Guildford Proposed front and rear rooflights as part of formation of habitable room in roofspace.

25/P/00762 St Catherines Court, 46-48 Portsmouth Road, Guildford Proposed change of use from offices (Class E(g)(i)) to SEN independent day school (Class F1(a)) including provision of fenced recreation play area, automatic security gate, car parking, bicycle parking, bin store, acoustic fence, and associated works. 

25/P/00763 Frogmore Cottage, Ripley Road, East Clandon, Guildford Listed building consent for the replacement of existing double glazed casement dormer window with single glazed leaded light window, retention of existing shower room on first floor and removal of first floor modern partition. 

25/P/00772 & 25/P/00773 18 Fort Road, Guildford Planning and Listed Building Consent for the installation of photovoltaic panels to roof of detached garage building, along with construction of fire pit and hot tub area within new landscaping scheme. 

25/P/00774 Willow House, Pursers Lane, Peaslake, Guildford Proposed conversion of existing outbuilding to create a one bed dwelling, including replacement single storey side extension, insertion of two dormer windows and associated external alterations. 

25/P/00775 9 Addison Road, Guildford Proposed demolition of rear attached store and construction of side/rear single storey extension together with changes to fenestration.

25/P/00778 Artington Manor Farm, Old Portsmouth Road, Artington, Guildford Application under section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) for variation of condition 2 (Drawing numbers) to remove a chimney, lowering the dinning area floor, fenestration changes and internal amendments to application 24/P/00553, approved on 02/08/2024 for Listed Building Consent for refurbishments and alterations to the property and landscaping, including taking down the rendered chimney and rebuild it, replacement of rainwater goods, new windows, minor internal layout changes, the installation of a new kitchen and bathrooms as well as some repairs to the roofs. 

25/P/00803 Fieri Facias House, High Street, Ripley, Woking Change of use of ground floor office to residential (Class C3) and reunification with upper floor to create a single dwellinghouse.
