I give notice that Bath & North East Somerset Council is seeking to amend a Local Development Order for Amendment to condition 5 (supporting documents) and condition 12 (highways approved plans) of the approved LDO (23/00076/LDO) for the development of an employment-led Enterprise Zone with related highways works including a new roundabout on the A362 and associated development at the above site address
