All applications are available for viewing at the Council Offices or via the Council's website http://planning.welhat.gov.uk. Representation must be made within 21 days of this notice. Representation received will be made public. The Council gives warning pursuant to its powers under section 225 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, that it will remove or obliterate any placard displayed illegally within the administrative boundaries of Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council. Date: 11th June 2025.
The following applications have been submitted to the Council: -
6/2025/0603/MAJ Phased rear extension to existing chocolate factory with additional parking area and associated works at 61 London Road, Knebworth.
6/2025/0954/LB Installation of external staircase from the ground floor to the first floor accommodation. New door opening in the external flank wall, erection of canopy porch over the first floor external landing and internal alterations from office to corridor at Woodman Inn, 21 Warrengate Road, North Mymms, Hatfield.
B/2025/1047/HOUSE Installation of an air source heat pump at 63 Valley Road, WGC.
B/2025/1056/HOUSE Loft conversion with rear dormer- single storey rear extension and internal rearrangements and car port at 3 Roundwood Drive, WGC.
