TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT
PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 ARTICLE 15

1. Bexhill Town Centre Conservation Area. The proposed works comprise
essential repairs and upgrades to the Grade II Listed Building, aimed at
resolving persistent water ingress issues, refurbishing water-damaged areas,
and delivering comprehensive redecoration and performance improvements.
The scope encompasses both external and internal remedial works. The

2. Burwash Conservation Area. EV charger proposed to be installed to the rear
wall of the boiler room Rampyndene, High Street, Burwash RR/2025/1096/L
3. Proposed single storey link extension between main dwelling and existing
garage/workshop. Conversion and extensions to existing garage/workshop to
provide multi-generational living and care, ancillary to the main dwelling. The
Old Rectory, Whatlington Road, Whatlington RR/2025/577/P &
RR/2025/578/L.
4. Reduce the Height of the Second Chimney. Unstable and bowing brick
chimney stack reduced and capped off at eaves level. (Retrospective).

5. Winchelsea Conservation Area. Roof extension & new windows and doors.
Installtion of PV Panels on South roof. The Cottage, Hogtrough Lane,
Winchelsea, Icklesham RR/2025/710/P
Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for
Planning Permission in respect of 3, 4 & 5 above and Listed Building Consent in
respect of 1, 2, 3 & 4 above.
