Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Warwick
District Council for Listed Building Consent or Conservation Area Consent
and/or planning permission in respect of applications scheduled below.
KENILWORTH
W/25/0638/LB 54 High Street, Kenilworth, CV8 1LZ: Proposal to vault the
ceiling in upstairs bedrooms that form the ‘old’ cottage. for Miss S Eustace.
LEAMINGTON SPA
W/25/0275 8 Lansdowne Circus, Leamington Spa, CV32 4SW: Removal of
1970’s built garage, area of garage to be paved with permeable grasscrete
paving to make space for 1no parking space. Leamington Brick from garage to
be reclaimed and reused in construction of new brick piers (to support garden
walls) and new brick planters along perimeter. New garage door to be installed
and rear brick garden wall to be partially rebuilt in reclaimed Leamington Brick.
