Proposed works to the ground floor staff room, renewal of the existing ceiling and cornice, replacement of the ceiling with fire rated plasterboard and installation of a new cornice to match existing.

Application affects the setting of a Grade II Listed Building and the site is in the Lower Halliford Conservation Area.

Proposed double garage with workshop behind following demolition of existing garage.

Application is in Laleham Conservation area.

25/00567/FUL - The Anchor Hotel, Church Square Shepperton, TW17 9JY.

Change of use of part of first floor from Class C1 (hotel) to Class E (office) and upgrading of the existing windows.

Application is in Shepperton Conservation area.
