Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made to Chesterfield Borough Council.
CHE/25/00356/HOU - Erection of an outbuilding to the rear of the property to be used as a games room & leisure activities & decking at 27 Foljambe Road, Brimington, S43 1DD, Reason: Conservation Area.
CHE/25/00358/SOLPAN - Installation of roof mounted 250.71kW solar PV system comprising of 551 x Canadian Solar 455w modules at Grangers International, Enterprise Way, S44 5FD. Reason: Minor Application.
CHE/25/00331/FUL - Shopfront alterations & reconfiguration of commercial unit into multiple units at 2 - 8 High Street, S40 1PS.
Reason: Conservation Area, Setting of a listed building.
CHE/25/00340/FUL - Change of use of upper floors to 43 apartments & associated works at 2 - 8 High Street, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S40 1PS. Reason: Major Application, Conservation Area, Setting of a listed building
