What is planned?

The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.
25F/0980 - 80 Duke Street (1) Applicant Mr Foaad. Part retrospective application for the sub-division and change of use from an Art Studio (Use Class F1) to a Restaurant (Use Class E(b)), Phone Shop (Use Class E(a)) and a Barbers Shop (Use Class e(a)) facilitated by a new shopfront to front and a new entrance to the rear.
25F/0413 - Units 2-4 Holt Lane (27) Applicant Mr Callum Walsh. To erect no.3 warehouses containing no. 10 units (Use Class E(g)(iii)) with associated works, including new sub-station, parking layout and hard and soft landscaping following the demolition of existing on-site buildings.
25F/1341- 12 Covent Garden (2) Applicant Mr Stuart Wenman, Star Pubs & Bars Limited. Installation of new floor level lights and 2 no. lanterns to either side of the main entrance. 6 no. timber window boxes to first floor level, repainting of the facade and to reinstate 1 no. window to ground floor.
25L/1470 - 3b, Britannia Pavilion Gower Street (3) Applicant Mr Liam Foy, Foy & Brennan Bars Ltd. To install air conditioning units at ground and first floor levels.
25L/1476 - Union House, 19 - 21 Victoria Street (1) Applicant Mr Nicholas Thom, Pure Management Inc. To vary condition 2 attached to application 17L/3254 (To convert former offices (Ground Floor to 4th Floor) into residential use (Use Class C3) together with two storey rooftop extension and central circulation core extension, to provide 9 no. apartments) so as to make changes to fire exit route at ground floor.
25F/1417 & 25L/1428 - 7-9 Ward Street (3) Applicant Brian Young, Jay Development Liverpool Ltd. To convert single ground floor 2 bedroom flats into two self-contained office units by infilling the door opening in the party wall between Units 7 and 9.
25H/1226 & 25L/1227 - 37 Woolton Street (25) Applicant Mr Ryan Hewitt. To erect single storey extension to rear and carry out internal and external alterations including to replace and refurbish facades and to repoint brickwork throughout.
25L/1490 - Liverpool Town Hall Dale Street, City Centre (2) Applicant Mr Alan Morrow (Liverpool City Council) To carry out temporary internal alterations at ground floor so as to replace existing podium and install ramps.

In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
