In accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order
2015 Halton Borough Council is required to advertise the following applications:

25/00231/REM Application for the approval of reserved matters (appearance, landscaping, layout and scale) for the erection of 17 dwellings pursuant to outline permission 22/00493/OUT at Land At Sumners Farm And East Of Barkers Hollow Road Preston On The Hill Warrington WA4 4AZ

DEVELOPMENT AFFECTING THE CHARACTER AND APPEARANCE OF A CONSERVATION AREA

In accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990,
Halton Borough Council is required to advertise the following application(s):-

25/00233/FUL Proposed rear extension replacing conservatory at Sexton Cottage Chester Road Daresbury Warrington Cheshire WA4 4AJ

The applications can be viewed at https://webapp.halton.gov.uk/planningapps/.Alternatively they can be viewed at Halton Direct Link at Rutland House, Halton Lea, Runcorn WA7 2ES, Halton Direct Link at 7 Brook Street, Widnes WA8 6NB or any of the Council libraries.
