The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 27 June 2025 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public.

HOLT PL/2025/03867 & PL/2025/04077 – 58 Ham Green, Internal and external alterations;

NORTH BRADLEY PL/2025/04519 & PL/2025/04758 – Cutteridge House, Conversion of outbuilding to allow its use as a holiday let & for purposes ancillary to the main dwelling;

SOUTHWICK PL/2025/04328 – Land at Hoopers Pool, Solar farm complete with landscaping, associated infrastructure & temporary construction access;

TROWBRIDGE PL/2025/03504 & PL/2025/04676 – The Thatched Cottage, 41 Islington, Solar PV to roof; PL/2025/03903 – 10 Clarks Place, Lintel repair; PL/2025/04175 – The Coach House, 1 Kitcheners Court, Hill Street, Internal & external alterations;
