What is planned?

Borough of Telford & Wrekin

Telford & Wrekin Council has received the following planning applications which require publication.

TWC/2025/0358 – Rivendell Cottage, 5 Kynnersley, Kynnersley – Installation of 1no. air source heat pump (Retrospective)

TWC/2025/0382 – Former Phoenix School, Manor Road, Dawley – Erection of 140no. dwelling and 72no. bed retirement living complex and associated allotments, public open space, play area facilities, access and landscaping works

TWC/2025/0388 – 24 Woodside, Coalbrookdale – Creation of a 2.5m wide grasscrete permeable driveway with paved 900mm wide pedestrian path either side for disabled access and relaying of existing paved area accessing the front of the dwelling

TWC/2025/0390 – Broomycroft, High Street, Coalport – Erection of a part two storey part single storey side extension to be used as an annexe for ancillary use

Written representations can be made on planning online or by email at

planning.control@telford.gov.uk

and need to be received by 3 July 2025 (14 days for public service infrastructure development or permission in principle applications), excluding public/bank holidays and 30 days for applications accompanied by an environmental statement from the date of this publication.
If a written representation appeal is made to the Secretary of State for a householder or minor commercial application no further representations can be made and existing representations will be forwarded to them.
