b) Siting of seven luxury lodges at Land North East of
Grange Farm Cottages Flamborough Road Sewerby

c) Alterations to shop fronts of 4, 5, 6 and 7 Prince
Street and change of use of first and second floors
of 6 and 7 Prince Street from Retail (Use Class E)
to Hotel (Use Class C1) including installation of
additional first floor windows and door at rear and
construction of two additional dormer windows at
rear at 4-7 Prince Street Bridlington YO15 2NW

Proposals (a,c) are each within a Conservation Area
designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposals (b,c) affect the setting of a Listed Building
under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (a) affects a public right of way.
