APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at:
Land between A192 Three Horseshoes Roundabout and A193 Links Road Roundabout, and between Chase Farm Drive and Ogle Drive, Grid Reference NZ278791 – NZ318795. & Grid Reference NZ288809 – NZ302810
1. Grassland, trees and shrubbery; east of A192 Three Horseshoes Roundabout and north of Laverock Hall Farm.
2. Access track and verges; east of A192 Three Horseshoes Roundabout and north of Laverock Hall Farm.
3. Recreational ground; Chase Farm Park, 113 Chase Meadows, Blyth NE24 4LB.
4. Grassed area, trees and shrubland; east of Chase Farm Drive and south of Bishopdale Avenue.
I give notice that Northumberland County Council is applying to
Northumberland County Council for planning permission to:
Construction of Blyth Relief Road comprising approx. 1.3km of new dual carriageway, upgrade of approx. 3.2km of single carriageway to dual carriageway between A192 Three Horseshoes Roundabout and A193 Links Road Roundabout and provision of approx. 1km of single carriageway connection between Chase farm Drive and Ogle Drive. Including new railway overbridge, new roundabout, roundabout and highway connections / realignments, repositioning of sports pitch and associated highways, junction, access, crossing, landscaping, earthworks, infrastructure, lighting, drainage, demolition, construction and other ancillary works, provision of offsite BNG.
Any owner of the land (defined as a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest with at least 7 years remaining) who wishes to make representations about this application should write to:

within 21 days of the date of publication of this notice.
