(Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the Council, affect the character or appearance of Harefield Village Conservation Area. The Proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

(Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the Council, affect the character or appearance of Northwood Conservation Area.

(Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the Council, affect the setting of the Listed Building (s) in the vicinity of the development).
