NOTICE OF SUBMISSION OF FURTHER INFORMATION IN RELATION TO AN APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT (REGULATION 25 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2017 (AS AMENDED))

Give notice that Earthline Ltd., Hangars 6-7, Wroughton Airfield, Wroughton, Wiltshire, SN4 0QZ has submitted further information in relation to the environmental statement to accompany an application for planning permission for the importation of inert restoration material, revised restoration scheme, aggregate recycling facility and other ancillary development at the existing Wroxton Fields Quarry at Wroxton Fields Quarry, Stratford Road A422, Wroxton, Oxfordshire OX15 6EZ.

The application was made on 22 May 2024. You may view a copy of the application, supporting documents, the environmental statement and the additional information from 5 June 2025 online at https://myeplanning.oxfordshire.gov.uk using reference MW.0063/24 and also at Oxfordshire County Council, Environment and Place, County Hall, New Road, Oxford, OX1 1ND at all reasonable hours by prior appointment until 5 July 2025.

If making a written representation by post, please use the address above and telephone the case officer in advance. Comments should be submitted by 5 July 2025 and failure to meet this deadline may result in your comments not being considered. Any comments made previously on the application will still be taken into account in the determination of the application.

Members of the public may obtain copies of the Environmental Statement and the Further Information from GMKC Ltd., The Old Engine Shed, Whetton’s Yard, Chapel Street, Bladon OX15 4HB at a cost of £300.

The application will be available online once the site inspection has been conducted.

NOTE: Consideration of the development may take place in public and representations may be published. The proposal may be considered by a Planning & Regulation Committee (only comments relating to planning issues will be taken into account when reaching a decision).

The Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended requires that applications for planning permission be a public process. The Council will make information submitted in relation to planning applications available online and in accordance with its obligations, will take it into account in the determination of the application any comments which are submitted electronically.
