The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area: Leigh Town Centre.
A/25/098747/CU 42 Union Street Leigh WN7 1AT. Conversion of existing store to a restaurant together with associated external alterations to include installation of entrance doors to front and alterations to windows to side and rear. A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area: Leigh Town Centre.
A/25/098994/FULL 97 And 99 Bradshawgate Leigh WN7 4ND. Refurbishment and upgrading of shop frontages including removal of existing front render, replacement of upper floor upvc windows with timber sash windows, new shopfronts and doors, internal chain link security shutters. A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
The Council has received the following planning application which affects a PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY.
A/25/098899/MAJOR Land At Douglas Road Atherton. Erection of 83 dwellings (Use Class C3), with associated access, landscaping and other works.
