Erection of a single storey rear extension with sedum green roof and structural glass; installation of a new rooflight at main roof level; replacement of existing sash windows with new full height windows including the installation of new railings at third floor level to the rear elevation; re-instatement of 1no window at second floor level to the front elevation; erection of new metal staircase from lower ground to upper ground floor level, conversion of existing vault room into a bathroom including lowering of the floor level by 300mm, conversion of the second vault room into a utility room at the front of the property; conversion of the storage room underneath the rear staircase into a wc room; associated external alterations.
